TeamViewer:
This program allows remote access to a computer from another computer in a separate location. The password is good for that one instance and changes after each use. A computer has to initiate the remote connection once given the password. Without a valid password, remote connection cannot happen.
To Install TeamViewer for the First Time to a Computer:
- Click Link to Download TeamViewer: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup_en.exe
- Install the TeamViewer Program. Follow the Prompts. Default installation. Personal use.
- Open Program. Check for the BLUE & WHITE TeamViewer icon on your desktop.
- Send us the user ID and password. See example image for what exactly we need from you.
- Text this ID and Password to: (402) 812-5130 or email it to: info@specialtouchcomputers.com
To Update TeamViewer if Already Installed:
- Open TeamViewer Program. Check for the BLUE & WHITE TeamViewer icon on your desktop.
- Click the ARROW pointing down to the left of the FEEDBACK words on the top navigation bar.
- Install the Program. Follow the Prompts. Default installation. Personal use.
- Send us the user ID and password. See example image for what exactly we need from you.
- Text this ID and Password to: (402) 812-5130 or email it to: info@specialtouchcomputers.com
