TeamViewer:

This program allows remote access to a computer from another computer in a separate location. The password is good for that one instance and changes after each use. A computer has to initiate the remote connection once given the password. Without a valid password, remote connection cannot happen.

 

To Install TeamViewer for the First Time to a Computer:

  1. Click Link to Download TeamViewer: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup_en.exe
  2. Install the TeamViewer Program. Follow the Prompts. Default installation. Personal use.
  3. Open Program. Check for the BLUE & WHITE TeamViewer icon on your desktop.
  4. Send us the user ID  and password. See example image for what exactly we need from you.
  5. Text this ID and Password to: (402) 812-5130 or email it to: info@specialtouchcomputers.com

 

To Update TeamViewer if Already Installed:

  1. Open TeamViewer Program. Check for the BLUE & WHITE TeamViewer icon on your desktop.
  2. Click the ARROW pointing down to the left of the FEEDBACK words on the top navigation bar.
  3. Install the Program. Follow the Prompts. Default installation. Personal use.
  4. Send us the user ID  and password. See example image for what exactly we need from you.
  5. Text this ID and Password to: (402) 812-5130 or email it to: info@specialtouchcomputers.com
