How Much Does It Cost?
We charge by the hour for this service. If any parts or computers are needed, those will be quoted separately in advance. Our hourly rate varies based on the complexity of the service and the expertise required for your specific needs. We always provide transparent, upfront pricing before scheduling to avoid any unmet expectations later. Please note that a trip fee may apply for excessive travel, and a cancellation fee may be charged if an appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice.
How Much Advance Notice Do You Need to Schedule?
For most services, 48 hours’ notice is usually enough to fit you into our calendar. During busy seasons, additional notice may be required. The more advance time you can provide when scheduling, the better.
Are There Any Limitations to In-Home Service?
The only limitations may involve custom gaming computers, complex home networks, or software support where you don’t have the necessary passwords or access. In such cases, we do our best to inform you upfront—or as soon as possible—so you can cancel or plan accordingly. In rare emergency situations, we may not be able to assist, but we’ll always try to point you in the right direction.
