We charge a flat repair rate for services completed in our office. The final cost depends on factors such as required parts, shipping fees, and the complexity of the repair—no two repairs are exactly the same. We’ll inspect your computer first to check for potential secondary issues, part availability, serial numbers, and other important details. Before any work begins, you’ll receive a clear, upfront quote to avoid any unexpected costs or delays.

How Long Does a Repair Take?
Most repairs are completed quickly. However, certain situations may extend turnaround times—such as part ordering, overseas shipping, delays due to missing passwords, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather impacting delivery timelines). We do our best to stick to the estimated repair time provided before service begins.

Do You Have Limitations to Your Repair Service Offerings?
While we don’t maintain a formal list of services we won’t perform, certain repairs may occasionally fall outside our scope—due to factors beyond our control. These can include unavailable parts, unreasonable customer expectations, or situations where the cost of repair exceeds the cost of replacement. In such cases, we do our best to notify you as quickly as possible and, when appropriate, refer you to another trusted service provider to avoid unnecessary delays.
