How Much Does It Cost?
We bill hourly for in-office services. If parts or new equipment are needed, those will be quoted separately in advance. Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the work and the level of expertise required. We always provide transparent, upfront estimates before scheduling to avoid surprises later. Please note that a trip fee may apply for excessive travel, and a cancellation fee may be charged if an appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice.

How Much Notice Do You Need to Schedule?
We typically ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. During busy seasons or for larger upgrades and projects, more lead time may be necessary. The earlier you reach out, the better we can accommodate your preferred timing.

Are There Any Limitations to In-Office Service?
We specialize in serving small, local businesses. If your equipment is outdated or you lack access credentials (like passwords or admin rights), we may not be able to provide service. In such cases, we’ll let you know as early as possible so you can make alternative arrangements.
