Training & Skill Development

We provide hands-on training to help team members develop real technical abilities. Training includes guided instruction, hands-on repair work, structured procedures, and continued skill development while working on real customer equipment.

Training may include:

  • Paid hands-on training
  • Structured repair procedures and workflow training
  • Ongoing learning opportunities
  • Exposure to real customer service and technical troubleshooting situations

While we do provide training, this is a working repair environment and there is limited time to teach basic computer fundamentals during shifts. Applicants should already have a basic understanding of computers, components, and common terminology.

The goal of this position is to build real-world experience that strengthens both technical ability and professional confidence.
